A constituency association (CA) is a volunteer-run, grassroots organization that handles local political activities and fundraising on behalf of a registered political party or an Independent Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) in a specific electoral district. Alberta is divided into 87 provincial constituencies, and each registered political party can establish one CA per district.
Located just west of Edmonton's downtown, the constituency is primarily defined by the following geographic parameters:
Eastern Boundary: Groat Road
Northern Boundary: 107 Avenue and 111 Avenue
Western Boundary: 142 Street
Southern Boundary: The North Saskatchewan River and the MacKinnon Ravine
Beyond the namesake Glenora neighbourhood, the district encompasses a collection of central and west-end neighbourhoods, including:
Britannia Youngstown
Canora
Grovenor
High Park
Inglewood
Mayfield
McQueen
North Glenora
Prince Charles
Westmount
Woodcroft
